Alcoa FSR-02 Fiber Recoater- Fusion Splicer- Fusion Splicers-FSR-02 Fiber Recoater-Alcoa 40pm Fusion Splicers- Fusion Splicers- Alcoa Fusion Splicer American Tele Data Is Your One Source For All Your Fiber Optic Fusion Splicers
To meet the small package requirements of OEMs, AFL Telecommunications offers the FSR-02 fiber recoater. The FSR-02 eliminates the need for splice protection sleeves by automatically recoating a colored or non-colored fiber back to the original coating diameter after a splice is complete. Programmable for recoating lengths from 4 to 50mm and proof testing from 4 to 20 Newtons, this unit stores data for 100 cycles which are easily downloadable to a PC. For splices that may fail the proof test, the breakage load is displayed. A compact and low profile design makes for comfortable bench top operation in the factory environment. Features: * Automatic, easy operation American Tele Data CARRIES the complete line of AFL Telecommunications fusion splicers including the AFL Telecommunications FSR-02 fiber recoater. Aloca offers the most extensive and complete line of fusion splicers and related equipment for field fusion splicing and factory/laboratory use. Our Fujikura fusion splicers are the most widely used in the world, and known for their performance, productivity and reliability. And all our fusion splicer splicing equipment is backed by our Technical Support team. Designed to meet the needs of today's high fiber density networks, the FSM-40R24 has the capability to splice ribbons as large as 24 fibers as well as single fibers. Ultra compact and lightweight, this unit features a built-in AC adapter and a dual axes optical path system to provide fully automatic, low splice loss performance in less than 50 seconds for SM, MM, DS, and NZDS fiber types.
Affinity AFS1000 Automated Fusion Splicer
The new FSM-50S Fusion Splicers leading-edge features, including unprecedented size, weight, and ruggedness, make it the first core-alignment splicer truly optimized for field use, including FTTH applications 50R12 Mass Fusion Splicer The FSM-50R12 offers numerous improvements to increase productivity and provide additional flexibility. A new "auto load" feature provides for fast and easy placement of the fiber holders into the splicer. The FSM-50R12 also benefits from a greatly improved tube heater which shrinks a 12 fiber splice protection sleeve in approximately 45 seconds. Other enhancements include larger capacity batteries, dual direction monitor, and real time arc calibration. The FSM-50R12 quickly attaches to our newly redesigned ASW-02 workstation, making field portability a breeze.

The FSM-17S establishes a new standard for single fiber "fixed v-groove" type fusion splicers with a host of improvements including a 35 second tube heater, dual position monitor, and a longer battery life.
To keep up with the development of DWDM optical communication devices, we developed the FSM-40F for high-strength splicing. The FSM-40F splices dissimilar fiber combinations, especially Erbium-doped fiber to single-mode fiber using patented sweep arc functions.keep up with the development of DWDM optical communication devices, we developed the FSM-40PM for splicing of PM fibers. The FSM-40PM splices dissimilar fiber combinations, especially Erbium-doped fiber to single-mode fiber using patented sweep arc functions in addition to excellent PM capabilities. Designed for accuracy and increased productivity, the 40PM offers fully automatic splicing modes for PANDA and 3M Tiger fibers.
