They are most commonly used for attaching pulling lines to conductors, conductors to running boards and double Fiber Opticing for conductor-to-conductor connections. They accommodate ACSR, ACAR, all aluminum and copper conductors, ground wires messenger strands and synthetic ropes not provided by any other grip.
