Description

The AccelAir Air Compressor was developed specifically for use with the AccelAir Blowing Head Unit for optimum performance in the field. The compressor is fitted with after cooling, filtration and air-drying in the ideal combination to take full advantage of the viscous drag effect for maximum fiber blowing length.

Gasoline Powered Air Compressor Specifications:

  • Power comes from an air-cooled Honda GX240 4-stroke engine with pull start
  • The rotary sliding vane compressor is highly efficient and reliable. A built-in pressure control ensures the compressor exactly matches air demand, delivering 7 CFM @ 145 psi (200 „“/min @ 10 Bar)
  • The compressed air is conditioned through a membrane dryer providing a +2°F Pressure Dew Point rise based on a 95°F inlet temperature and maximum flow
  • 3 state filtration system provides oil free air.
  • Ambient temperature range 40°F “ 105°F (5°C “ 40°C)
  • Air supply hose: 25.3 ft (7.2m)
