InDrop FTTH

InDrop Flat Type is great solution for short spans, especially in rural areas, also suitable for direct burial. It’s all-dielectric and UV-resistant.

Aerial installation between poles and buildings
Pulling into underground ducts and sewer pipes
Installation into indoor/outdoor cable conduits and trays

This drop cable consists of a central loose tube (blue colored) with optical fibers (up to 24). Free space in loose tube is filled with water-blocking gel. FRP rods with MB coating are used in this cable as strength elements.
InDrop Flat Type’s maximum rated design tension can reach up to 674 lb (3 kN) and its resistance to crushing load is 228 lb/in (0.4 kN/cm). It has a wide range of operating temperatures from -40°F to +158°F and installation temperatures from +14°F to +122°F (operating temperature range can be increased on request).

Explore the tonable version of a flat type design. It’s a great choice for broadband networks where only underground installation is possible. Its main feature is a toning conductor that allows for easy detection of a buried cable. However, if along the deployment route aerial installation is required, the toning conductor can be separated and you’ll get the universal drop cable.
