| Notes: | The mounting bracket kit is used to attach (300x100mm) plastic duct to duct mounting ironwork. They allow 300mm ducting to be fitted to either 1/2 or 5/8 UNC threaded rods, or alternatively M12 and M16 metric threaded rods. This kit consists of: a 300mm duct mounting bracket with 3 x M12 hex head set screws and nuts and 2 x straight brackets. The mounting bracket grips the 300mm ducting and bolts to the supporting brackets. The straight bracket/s are secured onto either 1/2 or 5/8 UNC threaded rods, or alternatively M12 and M16 metric threaded rods; which are supplied with kits. These kits are both available separately. Typically, the 1/2 dia UNC threaded rods (alternatively M12 threaded rods) are used for suspended mounting from the ceiling; whilst the 5/8 dia UNC threaded rods (alternatively M16 threaded rods) are used for mounting the duct system above racks. |
